Improving robotics research resources

EURON is both creating new resources and spreading information about existing resources. Of course this website focuses on those resources created by EURON, but we also aim to provide links to other useful robotics resources.

People Resources

As well as the more measurable published resources, EURON aims to encourage networking and the flow of information between robotics people. These personal links are maybe the most important resource that EURON creates!

These links may be forged through formal activities such as the Annual Meeting and the EURON Schools, or less formally through working together in activities such as EUROP.

Special Interest Groups and robot competitions bring together people with similar specialist interests, and can be the basis of lasting friendships as well as professional relationships.

The Fraunhofer IAIS Roberta-Goes-EU educational programme that takes girls and young women into the fascinating world of robots also deserves a special mention here.
