About and for Members

Who May Join Euron II?


EURON welcomes new members at any time.

The network is open to groups within legally constituted institutions and companies within the European Union and associates states.

A reasonable level of R&D in subjects related to robotics and/or the areas of "Beyond Robotics" (Human-augmentation, Cognitive Robotics and/or Communities of robots) is also required.

A summary of this research and a contract preparation form need to be sent to us as specified on the Join Us page.

Applications are evaluated on a monthly basis by the EURON Board. Upon approval a formal, legal, membership agreement is signed.

Please note that the "formal" memberssigning the membership agreement have to be legal entities so are rarely the robotics groups themselves, but instead are often a parent organisation.

If you wish to join the network, you need to send an email application for membership to the EURON Board. Note that individuals cannot become members, only institutes (research groups) are elegible.
