This Working Group is responsible for the organisation of the EURON Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting is (tentatively) planned in Leuven, Belgium, from Monday April 6th to Wednesday April 8th. The first and third day contain workshop, tutorial and meeting sessions, in parallel; the second day is the general assembly meeting, with presentations in plenary: reporting from the Working Groups, keynote lecture(s), voting, EC news, etc.

We need your contributions to fill in the Annual Meeting programme with concrete content, in cooperation with this WG coordinator. Suggestions are being made via the mailinglist (see below), and this webpage will regularly be updated by a summary of the contributions.

This WG also coordinates the EURON Awards: the Georges Giralt PhD Award, and the EUnited/EURON Technology Transfer Award. For both, the ongoing collaborations with, respectively, Springer Tracts in Advanced Robotics for the PhD Award, and EUnited Robotics for the Tech Transfer Award, have been confirmed for 2009.

Attending meetings is an excellent way of making contacts and friends within the community. The Annual Meetings are the major instrument for this purpose.
