CONGRATULATIONS to the winners of this year's Technology Transfer award. All 12 entries this year were extremely good, so you won against very stiff competition. Two first prizes were awarded:

  • Ulrich Hagn (DLR), Tobias Ortmaier (KUKA Roboter, DLR), Richard Wohlgemuth (Brainlab) for KineMedic;
  • Hong Liu, Peter Meusel, Gerd Hirzinger (all of DLR) for the SAH hand (featured coincidentally as "Robot of the Week" on this site in week 11).

CONGRATULATIONS also to Pierre Lamont, winner of this year's Georges Giralt PhD Award.

AGM 2007

Essential Details

The 2007 annual EURON meeting was held on March 28th and 29th at the Center for Mediterranean Architecture (KAM), Chania, Crete, Greece.

Reimbursement

EURON members are eligible for support of 250€ per institution/formal member to subside the cost of attending the annual meeting. In order to get this money you need to complete the travel reimbursement form and send it to the EURON administrator together with the travel receipts.
